- Built and shipped admin impersonation across Angular and NestJS so support staff could reproduce customers' views and perform actions on their behalf. Implemented role-based access, revocable impersonation tokens and session audit records.
- Built a configurable Node.js CLI adopted by every developer on the team to create test auctions and lots with images, reducing scenario setup from roughly 5 to 15 minutes to seconds.
- Diagnosed a memory leak affecting production auction creation by analysing heap snapshots and tracing retained data to the Sentry integration. Validated its removal with thousands of lots over an hour, confirming memory returned to baseline, and deployed the fix to production.
- Led technical delivery for a team ranging from four to ten developers while continuing hands-on development. Broke down and assigned work by priority, explained system dependencies and held daily sessions to resolve blockers across time zones.
- Reviewed code and mentored developers on implementation choices and engineering practices. Established branching standards and a scheduled GitLab pipeline for weekly Playwright and unit tests.

- Built an account-balance simulation proof of concept for Corporate America using a Python/FastAPI backend, Angular interface, and pandas. Tested business logic against historical data and randomized what-if scenarios.
- As Technical Lead for IBM's Expense Insight proof of concept, containerized Python analytics modules with Docker and Kubernetes. Built Airflow workflows to ingest, validate, and monitor expense data in collaboration with the client.
- Designed a reusable Python ETL package and deployed Airflow pipelines across development, staging, and production for IBM transactional due diligence. Implemented risk-scoring modules, data quality checks with Slack alerts, and GitHub OAuth SSO for Airflow.
- Built DB2 stored procedures, REST APIs, and Angular features for IBM contract management. Managed database schema changes across environments with Liquibase.
- As Technical Lead for IBM's Parsing & Sentiment Analysis of Product Reviews, built Python/Flask APIs and Airflow pipelines. Developed Flask APIs and Scrapy crawlers to collect and normalize patent data.
